Key responsibilities
Excipients / Cell Nutrition / Animal Nutrition projects / Technical Legislation Analysis (raw materials approval, products, formulation, application, etc.)
Valuation for Importing / Exporting Items - Regulatory studies, Translation of Labels and Documents
Manage and enter product data into databases for finished product and raw materials. Nice to have: Optiva and SAP knowledge.
Review labeling and labels for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Review changes to existing products and SOPs to define the requirements for regulatory submissions.
Maintain current knowledge of LATAM and international regulation, guidance and standards.
Meetings and presentations for customes.
Process customer requests for product documentation.
Assist in the development of customer and product related information.
Finished Product Specification and Other Technical Documents elaboration.
Customer questions and questionnaires, specification approval.
Support country compliance and products registrations
Participate in industry association meetings representing Kerry AHN Regulatory
Monitor LATAM regulation changes, and assess impacts to business
Marketing material review, and harmonization of customer facing materials
Support global alignment on claims (natural, organic certification, non-GMO verification, etc.)
Manage consultants
Secure confidentiality agreements with customers and prepare formula disclosures.
Support the compilation of dossiers, regulatory approvals and label claims.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree (or Advanced Degree) in Pharmaceutical, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Microbiology, Biochemistry or another scientific discipline. Pharmacopeia background is mandatory. Must have knowledge of biological and chemical nomenclature.
Must be able to demonstrate drive and a commitment for high quality and accurate results in a timely and thorough manner.
Must be able to prioritize, analyze, evaluate and determine workloads to achieve extremely tight time schedules.
Must have effective and professional written and oral communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cross function team.

Ability to work in a high paced environment.
Proficiency for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Availability for Travels
Must have driver license CNH (category B).
